High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred. 1-3 years of office support in HR or related field; construction industry experience preferred.
Skills include reading, interpreting documents, effective communication, basic math, problem-solving, confidentiality, planning, and organization. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, ERPs, and internet browsers is required.
