This role provides a "Service First" approach to employees while delivering responsive HR operational support to the Human Resources Manager, Executive Team, and Regional Operations. You'll assess questions and issues quickly, find practical solutions, and produce the timely, accurate workforce data and reporting that HR leadership relies on to make good decisions. Every call answered and every report delivered is a chance to put our values of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust into practice.

OUR VALUES: HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TRUST

At Sunstates Security, Honesty, Integrity, and Trust aren't words on a wall. They're how we hire, how we lead, and how we expect our people to treat each other and every employee we support. We're looking for someone who tells the truth even when it's the harder conversation, who follows through on what they say they'll do, and who understands that trust is built one accurate report and one honest answer at a time.

This position offers a salary of up to $70,000, along with a full benefits package, annual performance-based bonus, 401(k) with company match, and more. This position is a fully in-office role based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
