SSP America is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our JFK airport restaurant operations. You will handle onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality and compliance.
• Assist employees and managers with HR-related questions on policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Coordinate and track training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and employee status changes.
• Partner with operational leaders to support staffing, retention, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.

SSP America is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support our restaurant operations team at JFK Airport. In this role, you'll serve as a key HR resource for managers and employees, assisting with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, recordkeeping, and day-to-day HR administration.

Essential Functions
