Job summary

SSP America is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a fast-paced airport dining environment. The role offers a $65,000 yearly base with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will oversee front-of-house and kitchen activities, focusing on food quality, cost control, and team development in a high-volume setting. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, bar management exposure, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Minimum 1 year Full-Service dining with bar management experience required.
• Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
• Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
• Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
