Opening in Fall 2025, Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital, 144-bed, located at the former site of Bethesda Hospital, will offer inpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization mental health treatment.

Our Human Resources Coordinators coordinate one or more human resources core processes including but not limited to benefits, compensation, labor relations, and organizational development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and routine employee relations.
  2. Act as first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries.
  3. Apply judgment and discretion to HR issues and concerns and direct complex issues to senior HR staff.
  4. Update and maintain employee data in UltiPro, ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information.
  5. Manage onboarding processes, including UltiPro data entry and communication to departments.
  6. Perform activities in cross-functional areas, interacting with corporate employees for planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and reporting.
  7. Interpret and communicate organizational policies and procedures.
  8. Evaluate and advise employees and management on HR practices, policies, and processes.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of HR office experience required.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
