Opening in Fall 2025, Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital, 144-bed, located at the former site of Bethesda Hospital, will offer inpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization mental health treatment.

Our Human Resources Coordinators coordinate one or more human resources core processes including but not limited to benefits, compensation, labor relations, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and routine employee relations.
  • Act as the first point of contact with employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries.
  • Exercise judgment and discretion regarding HR issues and concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Update and maintain employee data in UltiPro, ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees, process terminations, and ensure data entry in UltiPro and communication to relevant departments.
  • Perform activities across various cross-functional areas and interact directly with corporate employees regarding planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and reporting.
  • Interpret and communicate organizational policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and advise employees and management on HR practices, policies, processes, and expectations.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of human resources office experience.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
