Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator located in Pacific Palisades, CA. The Human Resources Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR tasks including administering benefits, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role also involves supporting HR management, conducting new hire orientations, maintaining employee records, and providing support on various HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources support role (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of California HR Policies and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
