Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary, Full-Time HR Assistant to support our HR team. This role involves providing support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth department operations. Ideal for someone with HR experience who enjoys dynamic environments and contributing to diverse HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and managing internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, and announcements.
  • Plan and execute social events, internal and external.
  • Apply technical skills to improve current processes.
  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee evaluations and support performance initiatives.
  • Utilize HR software systems such as iCIMS, Taleo, SAP, Kronos.
  • Support conflict resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate on HR projects to improve workplace culture and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR roles with understanding of HR principles.
  • Experience with payroll systems like ADP.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and TEAMS.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Creative ability for engaging newsletters and bulletin boards.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
Position Details
  • Type: Temporary, Full-Time
  • Duration: ~6 months
  • Location: On-site, 300 Running Pump Road, Lancaster, PA
  • Schedule: Flexible hours, standard 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
