About Our Client:

Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit organization experiencing increased recruitment activity and in need of additional administrative support. This role offers the potential for growth, with a possibility of converting into a permanent HR Coordinator position based on performance.

Job Description:

The HR Administrator will provide essential recruitment support, manage employee documentation, and assist with various HR projects. This is a hybrid role, starting with 3-4 days per week in the office, and transitioning to at least 2 days in the office after the initial period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job listings on the company website and LinkedIn.
  • Support the HR team in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews and vet candidate resumes.
  • Lead a file organization project, including archiving, labeling, and digitizing records.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of corporate experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred, or equivalent HR experience with a high school diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
