Job summary

Nestl Purina is offering a full-time Human Resources Management Development Associate program based in Crete, Nebraska. The role fast-tracks you to management on the manufacturing side, with a rotational component across 24 U.S. sites and relocation support.

You’ll explore QA, safety, supply chain, engineering, R&D, information systems and operations performance to understand HR management. Starting at the Crete plant, growth and learning opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related discipline attained or expected by June 2027.
• Open to relocation to any of Nestl Purina’s 24 U.S. manufacturing sites as you progress through the MDA program.
• Starting rotation at the Nestl Purina factory in Crete, Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Plant Manager, Department Managers and Team Leaders on matters relating to factory employees.
• Assist with the implementation of employee services, policies, training and programs.
• Support training and learning for safety, capital projects, and function training.
• Coordinate employees’ leave, return to work (FMLA, workers’ comp), paid time off and benefits.
• Adhere to and enforce compliance of local, state and federal legislation in relation to HR policies.
• Serve as a resource to all factory employees, providing exceptional customer service.

As a Human Resources Management Development Associate at Nestl Purina, we’ll coach you from the start, shaping your career trajectory for continuous learning and growth. Together, we’ll explore quality assurance, safety, supply chain, engineering, production, R&D engineering, information systems and operations performance to understand the collaborative nature of human resource management. You'll also gain experience in developing and maintaining employee relations, training, compensation and benefits.

• Must be open to relocation to any of our 24 Nestl Purina manufacturing sites across the U.S. as you progress through the MDA program
• You will start your rotation for this Human Resources MDA at the Nestl Purina factory in Crete, Nebraska

The starting pay for this position is $70,000 per year. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
