Nestlé Purina North America is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, and organizational structure changes. You will support multiple client groups, handle high-volume requisitions, and assist with reporting and escalations.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year in HR Operations, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in HR-related field. SAP or SuccessFactors experience is preferred, with an emphasis on accuracy and process

The approximate pay range for this position is $54,170.00 - $77,370.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
