Holding Hands is seeking an HR Coordinator who is passionate about our mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Floortime, and mental health services to new regions and markets in the United States. As an HR Coordinator, you will manage daily HR functions such as keeping track of employee records and supporting the hiring and retention process. You will also perform tasks such as assisting with employee onboarding, HR training, performance evaluations, performance development, and employee termination. In addition, this position will focus on overall employee satisfaction and retention as the company grows and scales. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. This individual should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

As an HR Coordinator, you will manage daily HR functions such as keeping track of employee records and supporting the hiring and retention process. You will also perform tasks such as assisting with employee onboarding, HR training, performance evaluations, performance development, and employee termination. In addition, this position will focus on overall employee satisfaction and retention as the company grows and scales. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources and general administrative responsibilities. This individual should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is also required. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization. This role reports to the HR manager and is an hourly, non-exempt position.
