Job summary

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide local HR support, guide staff to the correct HR resources, and assist the HR Business Partner team with information gathering. You will help maintain hiring processes, coordinate orientations, and support compliance and learning activities.

You will also assist with benefits enrollment, employee engagement, and salary planning input as part of an HR team at the hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist local HR with employees and direct to self-service portal or HR service center.
• Support HR Business Partner team and managers in gathering information.
• Maintain local hiring processes including posting jobs, onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions.
• Coordinate local orientation programs and content delivery.
• Gather information for audits to support compliance initiatives.
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.
• Assist benefits enrollment and direct employees to resources.
