The ideal candidate will be familiar and comfortable within a manufacturing environment and will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency of HR related activities and operations, acting as the onsite interface between all employee levels and the HR department.This position is entrusted with sensitive information and must uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and trustworthiness.Participates in hands-on operational work with opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, and process improvement.

Qualifications:
·Experience with Paycom HR management system is strongly preferred.
·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
·Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
