Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Administrator to strengthen our People & Culture function. You will own policy review and alignment, ensure audit‑readiness through file audits and I‑9 compliance, and coordinate trainings across locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years hands‑on experience in Human Resources or Compliance in medium to large organizations with focus on employee relations, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance.
  • In‑depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Review, revise, and align all HR policies and employee handbooks across locations, including formatting, versioning, approvals, and rollout.
  • Drive personnel file audits, I‑9 compliance, and documentation tracking for audit-readiness.
  • Schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings; communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Track LOAs and ADA accommodations with benefits providers.
  • Assist with preparation and filing of reports (EEO‑1, VETS‑4212, OSHA, ACA, etc.).

We’re looking for a Human Resources Compliance Administrator to join our People & Culture team and help build strong, scalable HR foundations as we grow. You’ll own key compliance and reporting activities while driving the review and alignment of HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines - keeping us consistent, compliant, and audit-ready. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • You own the review, revision, and compliance alignment of all HR policies and employee handbooks across locations, including formatting, versioning, approvals, and rollout
  • You drive personnel file audits, I-9 compliance, and documentation tracking to ensure audit-readiness
  • You schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings, ensuringall employees acknowledge policies, and help communicate updates to stakeholders
  • You track LOAs and ADA accommodations in partnership with benefits and 3rd-party providers
  • Youassistwith the preparation and filing of reports such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA, ACA documentation,etc
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • ExperienceYou bring a solid foundation with at least 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources orCompliance within medium to large organizationswith a concentration inemployee relations, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance
  • EducationYouhave aBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
