Job Description

Ipsos is looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our North America HR Team. As a strategic HR professional, the Human Resources Business Partner will support leaders across multiple business units and autonomously manage the demands of the day-to-day human resources needs.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing
  • Managing employee performance, annual compensation, and ongoing training and development needs
  • Acting as a change agent through talent management and strategic initiatives
  • Being a trusted advisor to multiple business unit leaders
  • Partnering with leaders to resolve employee relations issues
  • Supporting employees' needs as the first line of support
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responding to inquiries regarding benefits and policies professionally and promptly
  • Collaborating and learning within a team environment
What You Might Bring
  • 3+ years of HR experience across various disciplines
  • Bachelor's Degree required; PHR/SPHR is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and labor law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • High emotional intelligence supporting diverse organizations and cultures
  • Consultative skills to address and resolve challenges
  • Ability to work across different time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $86,000, based on various factors including experience and location.
