Human Resources Business Partner
The Blackbaud People & Culture Team is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) professional to join our team. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on HR-related topics. A successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent while proactively communicating HR-related needs. It is important that the HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, mid-range plans, culture, and competition. This role will focus on these responsibilities within the Customer Success organization for the workforce in Costa Rica. This position reports to the Human Resources Director.
