We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and enhancing our overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Partner closely with leadership to develop, implement, and refine talent development programs, succession plans, and career pathways.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes, creating strategies to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.
• Collaborate with compensation and benefits specialists to ensure alignment of pay strategies and competitive market positioning.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop informed strategies and solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
