Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is required.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement
  • Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution with impartiality
  • Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions
  • Administer HR programs, policies, and compliance across the organization
  • Collaborate to create and maintain job descriptions and org structures
  • Guide onboarding processes to ensure a positive new-hire experience
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures with high service levels
  • Monitor HR trends, conduct audits, and prepare reports for data-driven decisions
  • Recommend process improvements to HR service delivery and risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Position Summary

The HRBP provides end-to-end HR support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance. This role serves as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.

Essential Job Duties
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement
  • Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actions
  • Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, corrective actions, performance improvement, and policy interpretation
  • Administer and support HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Collaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational structures
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching managers on effective feedback and development planning
  • Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits with a high level of customer service
  • Monitor HR trends and metrics; conduct audits; prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; proactively advise leadership on risk mitigation
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and investigations
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (healthcare preferred)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification a plus
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Periodic travel within the division territory
