Job summary

As an advisor to leadership, you will handle complex employee matters, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner on policy, onboarding, and performance management initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience including employee relations and investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagement.
  • Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations and documenting findings.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
  • Administer and support HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create and maintain job descriptions and org structures.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and coaching for development.
  • Support onboarding initiatives for a positive employee experience.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
