We are currently looking for a Human Resource Business Partnerto join our team.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on human resource policies, process and programs across the employee life cycle to include: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, career development, employee communications and broader workforce retention and development while supporting multiple lines of business. The role will engage in the development of HR programs, workflows, tools and resources while also serving as a consultant to managers with the goal to evolve and enhance the employee experience across the company. The HRBP will be required to demonstrate strong consultation skills, peer leadership, ability to lead by influence and strong business/ financial acumen to drive the use of progressive HR programs that will align delivery of HR programs/ services with business objectives and priorities.
