We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist who is ready to take their next career step to HR Business Partner. This position is located at our Fremont, CA facility and will report to the Vice President, Human Resources – Americas. This role will require you to be onsite.

This is primarily an operational role with the opportunity to participate in and learn strategy development. The HRBP will be integral to executing HR’s business-aligned strategy, partnering with business leaders, managing the delivery of quality HR services, and fostering a culture in which everyone is respected, valued, and provided opportunity to reach their full potential. Your leadership will have an important impact on positioning Elma for continued growth and success.

• Excellent presentation skills

Target Compensation: 125,000.00 - 145,000.00
