As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be part of a robust HR team, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You will provide expertise in all aspects of human resources management, collaborating closely with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring employee well-being and engagement.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
3. Develop retention strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
4. Collaborate with leaders to establish performance metrics and goals, providing coaching and support on performance evaluation and employee development.
5. Identify training needs within the manufacturing division and design and implement training programs.
6. Partner with external vendors or internal resources to deliver training sessions.
7. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry; ensure compliance with policies and advise management on HR-related legal issues.
8. Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation.
