The Human Resources Business Partner leads efforts in maintaining and enhancing clients’ relationships and provides Human Resources Business Partner service skills.
The Human Resources Business Partner is the main escalation point for any client-related inquiries. S/he acts as a liaison between internal business partners and Resourcing Edge clients.
The Human Resources Business Partner assumes responsibility and accountability to meet or exceed the company’s performance goals, especially in quality, client retention, and productivity.
This position also maintains standard operating procedures and updates training materials.
As a key team member of Resourcing Edge (RE), the Human Resources Business Partner plays an integral role in supporting the mission of Resourcing Edge, to enable companies to focus on their success.
