Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner leads efforts in maintaining and enhancing clients’ relationships and provides Human Resources Business Partner service skills.

The Human Resources Business Partner is the main escalation point for any client-related inquiries. S/he acts as a liaison between internal business partners and Resourcing Edge clients.

The Human Resources Business Partner assumes responsibility and accountability to meet or exceed the company’s performance goals, especially in quality, client retention, and productivity.

This position also maintains standard operating procedures and updates training materials.

As a key team member of Resourcing Edge (RE), the Human Resources Business Partner plays an integral role in supporting the mission of Resourcing Edge, to enable companies to focus on their success.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Develop new client relationships and serve as a direct contact for client stakeholders and decision makers.
  2. Provide guidance and support to client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, human resources, and employee relations, escalating as needed.
  3. Manage ongoing client relationships by resolving issues, communicating changes, and providing updates.
    • Meet with clients regularly to assess service quality and needs.
    • Ensure clients perceive RE’s service delivery positively.
  4. Streamline information flow between clients and the organization, addressing technology issues, expectations, and procedural changes.
  5. Conduct new client orientations, including benefits enrollment and onboarding.
  6. Demonstrate products and provide training to clients on services and systems.
  7. Gather feedback to improve products, processes, and service delivery.
  8. Evaluate and improve client satisfaction proactively.
  9. Monitor and resolve client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications: Required
  • Education and/or Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 6+ years’ experience accepted in lieu.
    • 3+ years in Operations, Client Services, Account Management, or Sales.
    • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Other Skills:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Preferred: PHR Certification.
