Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with organizational changes, change management initiatives, and employee communications.
• Support compensation, benefits, and annual HR programs as needed.
