Job summary

BIOCYTOGEN is seeking a skilled HR specialist to recruit, support, and develop talent in our Massachusetts team. The role emphasizes HRIS administration with a Rippling focus and collaboration across IT and information security during onboarding and offboarding.

You will help coordinate employee training, maintain records, and contribute to events and engagement initiatives while working in a fast-paced biotech environment that values accuracy and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role.
• Experience with Rippling or other HRIS platforms strongly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS implementation, training administration, or process improvement is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple HR functions.
• Experience in biotechnology/life sciences or HR technology is preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS implementation and ongoing HR system administration, with a focus on Rippling.
• Assist with system setup, data migration, process documentation, testing, and workflow improvement.
• Support employee training programs, training materials, and learning platform administration.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with IT and information security.
• Provide backup support for recruiting activities, including interview coordination, resume review, and candidate communication.
• Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and other HR projects.
• Maintain accurate employee records and provide flexible support across HR functions based on team and business needs.
