Job summary

Biocytogen is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Associate to support daily purchasing, logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will handle PO creation, order tracking, vendor billing alignment, CRM data maintenance, and cross-team collaboration, including logistics for domestic and international shipments and event

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology, Business, Supply Chain, International Business or related fields.
• Experience in operations, purchasing, order processing, CRM management or logistics support preferred.

Responsibilities

Biocytogen is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support daily business operations across purchasing, logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.

Purchase Order & Operations Support

• Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and processing
• Coordinate order entry, receiving, and fulfillment activities
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and delivery
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain and update CRM systems and business databases
• Support data entry, reporting, and order tracking
• Generate reports and assist with operational data analysis

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and vendors on daily business activities
• Support logistics coordination, event preparation, and operational projects
• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization

Marketing & Logistics Support

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and track deliveries
• Support tradeshows, marketing campaigns, and company events
• Maintain shipping and inventory records

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology, Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields
• Background in Biology / Life Sciences is a significant plus
• Experience in operations, purchasing, order processing, CRM management, or logistics support preferred
• Familiarity with project coordination, supply chain, or international business operations preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
