What You'll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Post job openings & screen resumes

• Support I-9 completion and tech setup

Employee Relations

• Be a go-to contact for employee questions

HR Administration

• Manage PTO, leave balances & compliance

• Coordinate performance reviews and exit processes

Benefits & Payroll Support

• Assist with payroll processing

• Liaise with vendors & manage 401(k) contributions

• Help employees navigate benefits and systems

Policy & Compliance

• Communicate HR policies and benefits

• Ensure alignment with legal and internal guidelines

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of HR experience (law firm/professional services a plus)

• Familiarity with platforms like Insperity or ADP

• Strong communication and people skills

• Detail-oriented, discreet, and adaptable

• A collaborative mindset with a drive to grow

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR relevant HR/Admin experience (1–2 years)
