Job summary

Snap Install, Inc. is hiring an ambitious Human Resources Associate to join our innovative HR team. You will be the front-line of communication, handling day-to-day HR ops and supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and performance management.

We focus on diverse industries nationwide and value integrity, accountability, and growth. This hybrid role offers the chance to contribute to talent development and employee relations while supporting payroll-aligned processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and resourceful.
  • Strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the administration of day-to-day operations in all human resource functions and duties.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating paperwork.
  • Prepare the new hire paperwork, reviewing forms for accuracy.
  • Support employee performance reviews; assist with administrative duties as necessary.
  • Assist with talent development programs, including recognition efforts and learning programs.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and payroll schedule.
  • Coordinate with employees to ensure benefits paperwork is completed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal staff and external partnerships through effective communication.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Who We Are Looking For

What You Will Be Doing
  • Handle the administration of day-to-day operations in all human resource functions and duties.
  • Support the following functional areas, which are not limited to: recruiting and on-boarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating paperwork as necessary.
  • Prepare the new hire paperwork, which includes reviewing all forms for accuracy.
  • Support employee performance reviews; assisting with administrative duties as necessary.
  • Assist with talent development programs as necessary; this includes but is not limited to Company recognition efforts, anniversary programs, talent assessments and employee learning programs.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with employees to ensure their benefits paperwork is completed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all employee records; adjusting as necessary in accordance with payroll schedule.
  • Build a trusted, competent, and confident relationship with internal employees and external partnerships through effective communication and thorough understanding of services offered.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience is preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and resourceful.
  • Strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and Word.
