Job summary

Snap Install is seeking an energetic Human Resources Associate to join a dynamic HR team in the Minneapolis area. You will act as the frontline communication point, supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring accuracy in all HR records.

Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR experience will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the administration of day-to-day operations in all human resource functions and duties.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating paperwork.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork with accuracy checks.
  • Support employee performance reviews and related admin duties.
  • Assist with talent development programs and recognition efforts.
  • Maintain employee records per company policies and payroll schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and external partners through effective communication.

A strong candidate will show success in prioritization skills and a strong attention to detail. Working with a variety of individuals, adapting to different communication styles, and holding others accountable are key.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Handle the administration of day-to-day operations in all human resource functions and duties.
  • Support the following functional areas, which are not limited to: recruiting and on-boarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating paperwork as necessary.
  • Prepare the new hire paperwork, which includes reviewing all forms for accuracy.
  • Support employee performance reviews; assisting with administrative duties as necessary.
  • Assist with talent development programs as necessary; this includes but is not limited to Company recognition efforts, anniversary programs, talent assessments and employee learning programs.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with employees to ensure their benefits paperwork is completed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain all employee records; adjusting as necessary in accordance with payroll schedule.
  • Build a trusted, competent, and confident relationship with internal employees and external partnerships through effective communication and thorough understanding of services offered.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of human resources experience is preferred.
Skills:
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and resourceful.
  • Strategic problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and HRIS Platforms.

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote Status: Hybrid

Compensation Starting Range: $50,000-$55,000/year
