Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Human Resources Associate I to support Talent Management systems across Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and Learning. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and improving HR technology processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in HR or related fields and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, plus experience with UAT and Agile practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of HR, business analysis, operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting business applications or HR technology.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM teams to identify business needs and solutions.
  • Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Manage and prioritize work items while supporting Agile development cycles.
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and validation.
  • Investigate user issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and standardization.
  • Assist with project planning, change management initiatives, training materials, and end-user communications.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, business analysis, operations, project coordination, technology, or a related field

  • Experience supporting business applications or HR technology

Additional Consideration for Candidates With:
  • Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system enhancements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
  • Experience with process improvement and data analysis
