Russell Tobin is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on supporting employees through the lifecycle, handling inquiries, and processing HR requests. Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist with experience supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle and handling HR-related inquiries in a shared services environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Workday, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle events including onboarding, benefits administration, I-9 processing, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to HR-related employee and manager inquiries through the employee portal.
