Job summary

Our client, a technology company, in San Diego, CA, is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner for a contract role of at least 5 months. Pay rate is $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience.

You will partner with managers on performance concerns, support ER, employment law, and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR programs and initiatives. You will analyze HR data and collaborate with HR teams on day-to-day activities and special projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and HR policy interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and handling confidential information.
• Experience using HR systems or case management/CRM platforms to document and manage employee cases.
• Ability to analyze HR data, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast-paced business environment.
