A leading healthcare staffing organization seeks a recruitment administrative assistant. Responsibilities involve supporting recruitment efforts, organizing events, and managing candidate communications. The ideal candidate has experience with applicant tracking systems and excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth operation within a dynamic team. This position is crucial for ongoing special projects.
Responsibilities include using Excel and Access, creating complex presentations using PowerPoint, and creating charts and graphs from various database information. Other duties include assistance with training class scheduling, ensuring proper classroom setup, creating surveys, and performing general administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and making travel arrangements.
