Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Pharmacy Compliance Analyst to support the licensing team at a medical facility in Eden Prairie, MN. This 3+ month contract role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly pay rate on W2.

You will review licensing applications, track projects, and help ensure all regulatory filings and renewals are completed accurately and on time. Strong Excel and document management skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate level or higher.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process pharmacy licensing applications.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Pharmacy Licensing team.
  • Track licensing projects and maintain accurate records of all licensing activities.
  • Research licensure requirements and assist in investigations related to licensing conditions.
  • Support regulatory filings and licensing renewals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation of new compliance requirements.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure business processes remain compliant.
  • Create, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, job aids, and communications.
  • Utilize SharePoint, internal tracking tools, and external regulatory websites to manage licensing information.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to support licensing initiatives and regulatory compliance.
  • Escalate complex or unclear regulatory issues to licensing leadership.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide guidance on licensing and regulatory processes.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify compliance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and protected information (PII).

Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacy Compliance Analyst to support our client’s medical facility in Eden Prairie, MN 55344. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

  • Job Type: 3+ months (Possibility of extension or conversion)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-4:30 pm
  • Pay Range: $25-27/hr. on W2

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.

Position Overview:

Position will be supporting licensing team members who are responsible for obtaining and maintaining pharmacy licensure. You will assist with work for regulators as well as assist with licensing team internal work.

Specific Duties:
  • Review and process pharmacy licensing applications.
