About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in keeping HR operations running smoothly, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR-related emails, phone calls, and internal inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing digital files.
- Support the preparation of HR reports and compliance documents.
- Work with Safety and field teams to update and manage the ISNetworld database.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety training records.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with company events, special projects, and ad hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Human Resources or in an administrative support role.
- Degree / Certification in Business or Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paycom, or BambooHR.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.
