HR Assistant Description:

The HR department at South College is looking for you to help implement our strategy of Where Dreams Find Direction!

The role is fast paced with high volume. You will gather employee information from various sources and enter it into our database. You will support all HR functions, including employee recruiting and onboarding.

Data Entry and Accuracy

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting data into HR systems and databases.
  • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Experience with scanning and organizing documents.
  • Quick and accurate typing skills.

HR-Specific Knowledge & Duties

  • Familiar with HR policies and procedures.
  • Generating reports from data systems as needed.
  • Organizing and managing HR files and records.

Requirements

Experience:

3 years of experience in fast paced talent acquisition and onboarding/ Data Entry experience

HRIS:

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Paylocity Experience Preferred
