Economos Properties is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations across all locations. The role covers employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and recruitment.
The position includes administering health and welfare plans, handling I-9 documentation, and supporting training and development efforts. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and proficiency with MS Office are required.
The human resources assistant provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, benefits administration, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and recruitment/employment.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Occasional local travel is required.
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
