Human Resources Assistant Opportunity
On-site Role

We are currently seeking aHuman Resources Assistantto support our HR leadership team with a variety of administrative and HR-related functions. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in core areas such as recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and insurance plans.

Assist with recruiting efforts including resume screening, reference checks, and job posting coordination.

Support internal HR communications, such as annual policy reminders and employee notifications.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Help compile workplace safety and compliance data, including incident logs and related reports.

Assist with vendor and subcontractor compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of administrative or HR experience required.

Exposure to safety/compliance tracking and/or working in fast-paced environments is helpful.
