Responsibilities
  1. Review and organize employee files to ensure completeness and proper categorization.
  2. Prepare files for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  3. Maintain an inventory of files and track their transfer to the scanning company.
  4. Collaborate with HR staff to resolve discrepancies or missing documents.
  5. Handle all files securely and confidentially during preparation and shipping.
  6. Assist in digitization preparation, including labeling documents for easy retrieval post-scanning.
  7. Provide regular updates on progress and challenges encountered.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; 6+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary education with 2+ years of experience.
