Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Non-IT Project Analyst on a 6-month contract located in Tempe, Arizona (onsite).

The role supports HR Operations, handling ADA-related duties and confidential information with a focus on high-quality service delivery and compliance. A Associate or Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in HR is required, preferably in HR Service Center roles.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Service Center is preferred.

Immediate need for a talented Non-IT Project Analyst. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tempe, Arizona(Onsite).

Pay Range: $31/hr – $32/hr /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Must have skills: - ADA and HR
• Previous experience working in HR Operations or HR Service Center preferred
• Experience with federal and state disability laws, specifically ADA, LOAs, Employee Relations, Employment Law, Disability case work is desired
• Ability to work independently and to identify when to engage others
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidential information
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of accommodation solutions as it pertains to disability-related barriers
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or associated HR position, disability management, or equivalent experience
