Job summary

Rigaku is seeking an HR Advisor to serve as a trusted partner to Regional General Managers and senior leaders. You will support leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organizational change while ensuring policy compliance in a dynamic, manufacturing-focused environment.

You will influence workforce planning, employee relations, and HR data reporting, partnering with leaders to strengthen organizational capability and engagement across geographies.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible HR experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional GMs and senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and coaching initiatives.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession discussions, and development planning.
  • Support succession planning by identifying key talent and building talent pipelines.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and conduct investigations.
  • Assist with organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and maintain HR compliance reporting and policy administration.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Advisor serves as a trusted advisor to Regional General Managers and senior leaders, providing strategic and operational human resources support in the areas of leadership development, talent management, succession planning, organizational change, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.

This role helps develop organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, promote employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting the achievement of business objectives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Regional General Managers and senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Design, facilitate, and support leadership development programs, coaching initiatives, and learning opportunities to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Lead talent review processes, including talent assessments, succession discussions, performance calibration activities, and development planning.
  • Support succession planning efforts by identifying key talent, assessing organizational bench strength, and developing talent pipeline strategies.
  • Provide guidance and resolution support for complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate corrective actions while mitigating organizational risk.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives through leadership consultation, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and employee transition activities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain Human Resources compliance reporting, including Affir ... (AAP, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and other required regulatory reporting.
  • Review, update, implement, and communicate Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Support implementation of strategic HR initiatives and programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience facilitating leadership development and training initiatives.
  • Experience conducting and managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment and multi country laws and regulatory requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, including the ability to track, validate, organize, and report HR data.

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, training, or HR compliance-related certification.
