Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR professional to align resources and deliver tailored HR solutions for clients across industries. You will manage client relationships and provide strategic HR guidance to improve performance and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will advise on employee relations, legislation, and performance management, while collaborating with executives on HR strategy to support client success and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business administration or related field.
• Two to five years of HR experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience
• Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) and/or SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
