Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align resources and services to client needs. You will build relationships, provide guidance on employee relations and compliance, and manage a book of business to support client success.

In this role you will collaborate with client leadership on HR strategy, analyze trends, and deliver value-added services while advising on organizational structure and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience required.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/ SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Up to 15% travel required.

• Builds meaningful relationships and provides guidance as a trusted HR Business Partner
• Manages a book of business by contributing to clients’ overall success
• Advises client management utilizing in-depth knowledge of employee relations and legislation
• Collaborates with client management on alignment of HR business strategy and goals
• Analyzes trends and develops solutions to ensure compliance
• Cultivates relationships to deliver value-added service
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
• Delivers performance management guidance to client management
• Provides guidance on organizational structure and workforce planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required
• Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) and/or SHRM Certified Professional or Senior Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) certification preferred
• Up to 15% travel required
