Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating hiring events or training programs.
• Familiarity with Trainual and ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
• Track recruiting performance and provide regular reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records and documentation.
• Support daily HR processes and employee communications.
• Assist with employee development programs and learning opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting databases.

Human Resources Administration

• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee offboarding.
• Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Support daily HR processes and employee communications.
• Help improve internal procedures and employee experiences.

Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training schedules, calendars, and resources.
• Maintain training records and track career development progress.
• Collaborate with internal trainers and external training providers.
• Manage training materials and support the Trainual platform.
• Assist with employee development programs and learning opportunities.
