Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager / Field Supervisor to lead our service team, drive revenue, develop technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will oversee daily service operations, recruit and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure profitability while maintaining a safety-focused, high-performing culture. In-person work location in South Georgia / Tallahassee, FL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in HVAC, skilled trades, or a related industry.
• Proven success in leadership, team development, sales, and operations.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, profitability and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, train and develop high-performing technicians.
• Drive revenue by monitoring KPIs, sales performance, conversion rates and technician-generated leads.
• Manage labor, materials, staffing and expenses to meet financial goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching and weekly technical and sales training.
• Develop and enforce processes, procedures, and accountability standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders and dispatch to maximize service opportunities.
• Resolve customer, employee and operational challenges professionally and maintain a positive, safety-focused team environment.
