Job Description
AHRC NYC is seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations and provide supervision within the HR team.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Managing onboarding, personnel data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
