Job Description
AHRC NYC is seeking a Human Resource Manger to provide operational support and supervision to their Human Resource Operations.
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.
** GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
Provide operations support and supervision to HR Operations that includes, but is not limited to:
Lead HR Operations Employee Life Cycle processes & ensure high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained based on compliance within the relevant legal framework and policy requirements.
Manage on-boarding process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of hiring packet information and documentation.
Provide quality checks to ensure all data entry tasks related to personnel records in HRIS database are accurate and completed in a timely and precise manner.
Manage and facilitate workflow processes, standards, and procedures within HR Function to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in development and implementation of systems, programs, and strategies, particularly in the areas Human Resources Policies, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Benefits, Compensation, Labor Contract requirements, and Performance Management.
Oversee compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
