Job summary

Lee's Summit Place is seeking an Human Resources Manager to oversee the HR function and develop strategies for a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting. The role emphasizes policy implementation, benefits enrollment, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, supporting HR activities facility-wide, and maintaining interdepartmental relationships while ensuring adherence to regulations and ATS-based recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care setting.
• College education in HR preferred; minimum high school diploma.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation to review policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing Human Resources activities within the facility.
• Develops and maintains a good working rapport with other departments.
• Works with employees to complete required forms and documentation for FMLA and leaves of absence.
• Communicates and assists employees in enrolling in the benefits program offerings.
• Ensuring compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
• Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment purposes.

Job Overview

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Requirements

• College education in business/human resources preferred. Must minimally be a high school graduate.
• Must have experience in human resources in long term care
