Job summary

Century 3, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Manager to implement day-to-day HR tasks and advise management on personnel topics. The role oversees benefits programs and onboarding for employees, and coordinates college recruiting through career fairs and university relations.

The position also manages the summer internship program and leads training and development planning for staff, ensuring effective HR operations across the company.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Human Resources or related business major.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in Human Resources.
• SHRM certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in working across professional and field labor pools.
• Hands-on experience in a minimum of one HR related software tool.
• Proven ability to relate to all levels of staff within an organization.

• Facilitate training and development planning for staff.

Job Requirements
